Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

1. About us and these Terms

minigamenook.com (the “Site”) is operated by [Your Company Legal Name] (registration no. [Company Registration No.]), [Registered business address], Pakistan, trading as MiniGameNook. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase of browser-based mini-games, prepaid game passes and individual game unlocks (“Products”). They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Subscription & Pass Terms.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Products, prices and availability

  • All Products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
  • Prices are shown in PKR. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us; your wallet or bank may apply its own charges.
  • We try to describe Products accurately. If we discover a pricing or description error before delivery we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Stock of code-based Products is limited and is reserved for you only while your order is awaiting payment.

4. Orders and when the contract is formed

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment and deliver the Product to your account. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of anything paid) if: payment cannot be verified; we suspect fraud, money-laundering or a breach of these Terms; the order exceeds our purchase limits; or the Product is unavailable.

5. Payment

  • We accept KPay QR and KPay Request-to-Pay. Payments are authorised in your KPay app and processed by KPay; we never collect your PIN, OTP or banking credentials.
  • QR codes and payment requests are valid for a limited time (currently 15 minutes). Unpaid orders expire automatically after 60 minutes and no money is taken.
  • If you are charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment to the original account.
  • To protect customers we apply per-order and per-24-hour purchase limits and may ask for additional verification.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to your account, normally instantly after KPay confirms your payment (usually within a few seconds). Details are in our Delivery Policy.

7. Your licence to use Products

When you play a free game, buy a Nook Pass or unlock a game, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game(s) in a web browser on this Site for your own non-commercial entertainment — for the length of your pass, or for as long as we offer the game in the case of a Lifetime unlock. Games are licensed, not sold. You may not copy, download, extract, modify, reverse-engineer, re-host, embed or redistribute our game code, artwork or sound. You are welcome to share screenshots and recordings of your own play for non-commercial purposes.

8. Nook Pass and Lifetime unlocks

  • A Nook Pass gives you unlimited play of every game marked “Pass” for 30, 90 or 365 days, starting when KPay confirms your payment. Passes are prepaid, never renew automatically and stack: a pass bought while another is active starts when the current one ends.
  • A Lifetime unlock gives your account permanent access to the one game you unlocked, whether or not you have a pass, for as long as we offer that game on MiniGameNook. If we ever plan to withdraw a game permanently, we will give at least 30 days’ notice on the Site and by email.
  • Free games can be played by anyone without an account. Buying a pass or an unlock and saving scores requires an account for people aged 18 or over.
  • Games need an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection. We may update games (for example to fix bugs or balance difficulty) and occasionally take the Site offline for maintenance.

9. Scores, leaderboards and fair play

  • If you finish a game while signed in, your score is saved to that game’s leaderboard. Leaderboards are public and show the first name on your account and your best score for that game. You can change your name in Account → Settings or ask us to remove a score.
  • Scores are checked by our server. Cheating — including bots, scripts, auto-clickers, modified game code, debugging tools used to change the game, exploiting bugs, or sending fake or altered score requests — is not allowed. We remove scores that we reasonably believe were not achieved through genuine play, and serious or repeated cheating may lead to suspension or closure of your account.
  • Leaderboards are for entertainment only. There are no prizes, cash rewards, wagering or games of chance on MiniGameNook, and leaderboard positions have no monetary value.

10. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an unpaid order at any time. Because Products are digital and delivered immediately, at checkout you ask us to begin delivery straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel for change of mind once a Product is revealed, downloaded, streamed or played. Unused and faulty Products are refundable as set out in our Refund Policy.

11. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you must not use the Site for fraud, resell Products without our written permission, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

12. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, software and our trade marks belong to us or our licensors. Product content belongs to its respective rights holders and is licensed, not sold, to you. See the Disclaimer & Trademark Notice.

13. Our liability

  • We provide Products with reasonable care and skill and as described. If a Product is faulty, your remedies are repair, replacement or refund.
  • We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your device, internet connection, third-party platforms or your failure to follow redemption instructions.
  • Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from Account → Privacy & data. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, or serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, and will refund any unused, paid-for Products unless prohibited by law or the order was fraudulent.

15. Changes

We may change these Terms or the Site. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. Material changes will be announced in advance.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings where you live.
